Practice

We are talking about practice?!

Once a Baller has been minted, players can begin immediately training them up. Training sessions will take place a maximum of twice a day. Aside from training, players can participate in multiplayer tournaments where they have the opportunity to present their baller’s skills and earn $HOLA. Moreover, these tournaments are also an opportunity to engage with the broader Hoopsverse community, including meeting other Ballers, exchanging experiences and sharing plans for the future. Who knows, maybe one day your Ballers will play for the same basketball team!

During each training practice, a player is able to select which three categories he wants his Baller to improve on. A score of 0.1369 will be allocated to each category. The total score will equal to 100.

Training practices may be held a maximum of twice a day (once every 12 hours). That means that if a player commences training immediately after minting, the Baller would have completed a total of 730 training practices by the time the official basketball league launches.

Each training practice levels up a Baller by 0.054 points. That means that if a Baller, who started off with an initial rating of 60, completes all 730 training practices, he could raise his rating up to 99 before the start of the league tournament.

On the flip side, a Baller’s ratings will decrease over time in the event of inactivity. Every day a Baller misses a training practice, his score will decline by 0.018. In order to maintain the rating, a player will have to maintain a consistent level of training.
